Hello! I am so excited to introduce myself and start this Blog as a way of sharing this journey that God is leading me on. I hope this reaches many people including my friends, family, and hopefully many more friends I make along the way.

My name is Alena, I am a recent high school graduate who has been called to live for God by fulfilling His commandment, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Matthew 28:19

I will be traveling to Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal, Indonesia, and Australia to share the Gospel with the locals there. Some of the missions work we will be doing include, work projects, teaching English to students, traveling to remote villages where people have never heard the Gospel message, and serving the local churches.

In addition to doing missions work, we have been blessed with the opportunity to do a study abroad program through College of Athens. While traveling, our weeks will consist of 20 hours per week of classes and studying and 30 hours per week of missions work.

I will continue to update this blog weekly to share my journey with you. By subscribing to this blog you will receive automatic emails when I post.

I believe God has called me on this mission trip to further the Kingdom of Heaven and I would not be able to do it without the help from supporters like you. Your prayers and support means so much to me!
